Art. 23 – The FLN (National Liberation Front) is the single avant garde party in Algeria.
Art.
24 – The FLN shall define the policy of the nation and shall inspire the
action of the State. It shall control the action of the National Assembly and
the Government.
Art.
25 – The FLN shall reflect the deep aspirations of the masses. It shall
educate and supervise them; it shall guide them for the realization of their
aspirations.
Art.
26 – The FLN shall realize the objectives of the democratic and people’s
Revolution and shall build socialism in Algeria.
