Article
50:
The Constitutional Council convenes by law in the cases provided for in Art.
88 of the Constitution. In this context, it may undertake any verification
and hear any qualified person or authority concerned. Article
51: When
consulted within the framework of Art. 90 of the Constitution, the
Constitutional Council shall decide without any delay. Article
52: When
consulted within the framework of the provisions of Art. 93 and 97 of the
Constitution, the Constitutional Council shall convene and deliver its
opinion immediately. Article 53: When consulted within the framework of the provisions of Art. 102 of the Constitution, the Constitutional Council shall convene and deliver its opinion immediately.
