| TITLE III: PARTICULAR CASES OF CONSULTATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COUNCIL (***) |

Article
42 - In
the cases referred to in article 88 of the Constitution, the
Constitutional Council meets in full right. It can in this frame-work
proceed to all verifications and hear any anthority concerned and any
other competent person (3). Article
43 - When
consulted in the frame-work of article 90 of the Constitution, the
Constitutional Council meets and gives immediately its opinion (3). Article
44 - When
consulted in the frame-work of articles 93 and 97 of the Constitution, the
Constitutional Council meets and renders its opinion immediately(3). Article
45 - When
consulted in the frame-work of article 102 of the Constitution, the
Constitutional Council meets and renders its opinion without any delay
(3). |
